Step 2: Onsite diagnostic
If your system needs a visit, a SolarTech technician reviews the full system, from panels and wiring to the inverter and battery, and runs tests to pinpoint the cause. Most visits take 1 to 2 hours.
Step 3: Written report
You get a report covering what we tested, what we found, and what we recommend, in plain language.
Step 4: Fix or next steps
Simple fixes, like a tripped breaker or a Wi-Fi reconnect, can often be handled during the visit. For bigger repairs, we walk you through your options and give you a free estimate before work begins.
