With seven years of experience in the renewable energy industry, Bobbi has been a key driver in expanding the national footprint. As a Partner Development Manager, Bobbi has spearheaded recruitment and fostered dealer partnerships. With a strong background in business management and sales, she has successfully recruited and onboarded hundreds of dealers.
Through her strategic business development efforts, Bobbi ensures that each dealer is not only onboarded but also well-equipped with the product knowledge and service standards necessary to succeed in the industry. Bobbi's strategic approach to business development, focusing not just on recruitment but also on dealer success, speaks to her comprehensive understanding of both the industry and the importance of strong partnerships.

Andrew Hoesly
With over 10 years in solar sales, Andrew is the Regional Sales Organization Manager at SunPower Corporation, leading operations across Southern California. Since joining in 2019, he has advanced through roles like Area and Regional Sales Manager, driving high-performance sales teams and exceptional customer experiences. Previously, Andrew managed sales at Solar Forward for eight years, focusing on client management, project oversight, and quality control. His leadership and expertise make him a pivotal figure in the solar industry.

Bobby McFarland
Bobby McFarland is a dedicated team leader responsible for scaling business operations and expanding SolarTech’s footprint in exisiting and emerging markets. With a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector, Bobby has held diverse positions at some of the most distinguished and highly regarded solar companies in the US. During his tenure, he spearheaded sales, marketing, and business development initiatives across various markets. Bobby is committed to collaborating with SolarTech to foster a more sustainable future by promoting the adoption of clean energy throughout the company’s national presence.

Derek Girling
After a 20-year career in sales in the graphics arts industry, Derek Girling began his solar career in 2009. He sold in the home, transitioned to a marketing manager role for a Chinese module manufacturer, and then joined SunPower as a Regional Sales Manager in 2012. During his tenure, Derek managed the top territory in the country in the Inland Empire and Desert areas in California. Leveraging his direct field experience, Derek created many of the training materials used by SunPower in their industry best Advanced Residential Sales Training Courses. Derek has helped hundreds of Homeowners go solar and hundreds more solar sales professionals hone their craft. Derek and his wife Heidi call both Long Beach and the High Desert of California home. In his off time, Derek enjoys traveling, hiking, and creating artwork.

A seasoned leader in the solar industry, Bill Blatnik has over 8 years of experience driving success in renewable energy. As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, he is focused on helping dealers exceed their goals and continue to offer new ways to expand more opportunities for his dealers. Having previously worked for a prominent solar firm that ultimately closed, Bill took the lessons learned that combines the strengths of his former company with a broader service offering, meeting modern market demands head-on. SolarTech is rapidly expanding into new markets and attracting talented professionals who are eager to help reshape the future of energy.
