Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Referred customer information (Referrals) must be submitted through the SolarTech referral app prior to receipt of new customer information through any other source, including but not limited to Referral calling in, web inquiry, or other communication between SolarTech and the Referral. Referring customer (Advocate) information must be listed on Referral’s contract at time of signing.
Referral Rewards cannot be combined and are subject to change without prior notice. SolarTech reserves the right to deny referral payment due to late submission, multiple Advocates claiming same Referral, or actions deemed by SolarTech as abuse of the Referral Program. Bonus Rewards are measured and counted by Referrals submitted in the app only. Referrals submitted prior to use of the SolarTech app do not count toward Bonus Reward goals.

While being a satisfied customer might make it easier to share your personal experience, we welcome all solar advocates who believe in the benefits of renewable energy. Simply register for our referral program online, and you’ll receive all the tools and resources you need to start referring potential customers.
Through SolarTech’s referral program, you can earn up to $750 for each qualified residential solar installation that results from your referral. The exact amount may vary based on seasonal promotions and the specific solar package your referral selects. Commercial referrals may qualify for higher rewards. Payments are made after your referral’s system is successfully installed and activated. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, allowing you to earn multiple rewards by sharing the benefits of solar energy with your network.
After your referred customer has their solar system installed and activated by SolarTech, your referral payment will typically be processed within 30 days. Payments are made via check mailed to your address within the United States. You can track the status of your referrals and payments through our online referral portal. If you haven’t received your payment within 60 days after your referral’s system activation, please contact our customer service team at the email address provided in your referral account.
Not everyone will qualify for solar installation due to various factors including roof condition, shading, property ownership, or location outside our service areas (California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado). If someone you refer doesn’t qualify, unfortunately, no referral payment will be issued. However, you’re encouraged to continue referring other potential customers who might be better candidates. Our team evaluates each property carefully to ensure solar is a good fit, as we’re committed to only installing systems that will provide genuine value to customers.
