Absolutely. You can move from Basic to Enhanced or Premium anytime.
All Care plans are annual contracts, paid monthly. Monitoring plans are monthly, but customers must be subscribed for 10 months in order to qualify for Annual Performance Summary. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled.
If customer cancels during the yearlong contract, they will be respnsible for 50% of remaining term fees.
Services will be appropriately spaced throughout the term of the contract based on the package. For example, on the Enhanced Care plan, panel cleanings will be scheduled 4-6 months apart and the first one will be scheduled after 4 months of contract term.
